I’m your host, Jacqueline Conte - a writer, a holistic lifestyle guide, a pregnancy & postpartum movement coach, and yes, a mom who’s made her life’s purpose about personal growth through the doors of Matrescence. My mission is to guide you from struggling to confident as you realize your version of true embodiment in motherhood.
Childbirth is no joke and neither is the shift into motherhood, leaving you with a beautiful baby (or babies) and an emotional scar that can get bigger with time if you don’t choose to step into the role fully and completely.
